Our Privacy Policy

In order to ensure your privacy and security, Mintartes has created this Privacy Policy to detail how we collect, utilize, and share your information when you engage with our services and websites.

Kinds of Data That We Gather

As mentioned below, we gather data about our users, some of which may be anonymous, pseudonymous, or identifiable (including de-identified and aggregated data).

Information You Provide Us.

  1. 1. Account Information: When you use our website, you can add information to your profile. We collect the information you add, like your email address, username, favorite things, and collections you want to keep an eye on. Your profile information (except for your email address) can be seen by other people. Just remember that things you share publicly can still be found on the internet even if you delete them from your profile on Mintartes.
  2. 2. Preferences: Our Service allows you to save your choices about how you want things to look, how you get notifications, and what you like. We might connect these choices to your account, the internet browser you use, or the device you use to access the Service.
  3. 3. Feedback: If you tell us what you think or send us a message, we might get your name, how to get in touch with you (like your email), and anything else you include in the message.

  4. 4. Other Information: We also gather information and other things from other parts of our website where you willingly give it to us or where we say that we are collecting your information.

In Mintartes, your blockchain wallet address is like your special name that you use to do things on the internet. You will need a special wallet to use some parts of Mintartes. Just having a wallet address doesn't tell us who you are, but if you use it with Mintartes, we might be able to connect it to your real identity.

Information Collected Automatically.

As you explore our platform, we might gather certain details through automated tools. This might include:

Footprints in the Digital World:

To enhance the platform and make sure everyone plays by the rules, we track things like your device's characteristics (like a special mark), its operating system (internal software), its location (vague reference), and its unique identifier. We might also track actions you take, the paths you navigate, and timestamps (points in time). This data is often anonymous (without names).

Tiny Trackers:

Similar to how some follow crumbs to find hidden treasures, we use small, invisible elements (like breadcrumbs) to understand how users discover our platform and tailor their experience (make it more enjoyable for them).

Do Not Track:

As there is no common understanding about what a "Do Not Track" signal is supposed to mean, we don’t respond to those signals in any particular way. See further information below regarding how you may be able to withdraw your consent for the use of certain tracking technologies like cookies and pixel tags. You may also contact us support@mintartes.com

Information Collected from Third-Party Companies

We may receive information about you or related to you or your wallet address from service providers and other sources/companies that offer their products and/or services to us or to you, for use in conjunction with our Service, or whose products and/or services may be linked from our Service. We may add this to the data we have already collected from or about you through our Service. This information may include, for example: third-party wallet providers that provide us with your blockchain wallet address and certain other information you choose to share with those wallet providers; data analytics providers or vendors who provide us information related to certain blockchain wallet addresses; vendors who provide communication and identity verification services to us and which you choose to use; and other vendors who provide us information necessary to run our business or enforce our Terms of Service.

Public Information We collect data from activity and information that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains or other public sources. This may include, for example, blockchain wallet addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.
